At this time, we only deliver to New Zealand addresses.All orders are shipped via Fastway Couriers.Showerdome Limited will ship your order within 2 business days. Please allow 72 hours for delivery of your order. If you haven’t received your order within this time period you can contact us on (09) 835 9797 or [email protected]Please Note: Rural delivery (RD) orders can take up to an additional seven (7) days.In the event that the item has been damaged in transit, we will make a claim against our courier company. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have confirmation from our courier company that the delivery was unsuccessful. - Returns
Showerdome Limited will accept returns on new and unused product within 14 days from purchase date. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.To return a Showerdome please follow the instructions below:- Pack Showerdome & and associated rails in the original box packaging with a copy of your packing slip receipt. Please keep a copy for your records.
- Return the item either in person or via a carrier of your choice (eg. Fastway Couriers, NZ Couriers)
- For return address, please reference your original packing slip.Return shipping and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Please keep a copy of the return tracking number for your records.
